"I want to see you 'in action' at another reception. Where and when can I do this?"
Because of privacy issues, we do not invite prospective clients to private parties for which we're contracted without prior consent from the clients. Instead, we would be happy to give you a list of recent wedding clients, other professional vendors that recommend us , as well as venues at which we've performed. We also have an extensive video footage of our performances we would love to show you.

"Do you travel?"
Yes we do travel. We performed all over the country. Please ask for our "Travel and destination fee" schedule for more details.

"Is setup included? What time will you arrive at the venue?"
Set-up/tear-down time is included. Only under extreme cases will you ever be charged extra for set-up. Usually, additional charges will apply only if the venue is extremely difficult to load into, or your event requires extra equipment. You will be notified well in advance of your event with this information. Please check with us regarding the power and space needed for your setup. Regardless, we will never load equipment into the facility while guests are present. We will be setup and have completed lighting/sound checks prior to the first guests arrival.

"Do you have any specific set-up requirements at the venue?"
Some local venues simply cannot provide the space we would ultimately like. This is why we utilize the most compact equipment available, without sacrificing sound quality. Please contract us concerning your venue/package specs.

" We want to hire you, but wondered if you would come to the venue to set-up early, and then start our contract time a couple hours after the guest arrive, Is this possible?"
As a rule, we always setup in advance of any guests arriving. This allows us to perform the necessary sound checks before any guests arrive. To make the most successful event possible, you will need music from the first guests to the last guest. For that reason we require starting at the arrival of the first guest. All wedding packages include up to 2 hours of dinner/cocktail music, however more may be purchased.

"We know every single song that we want played throughout the entire reception. We even have the CD's numbered and a detailed spreadsheet as to when we would like it played. Can you accommodate us?"
If your contemplating hiring a true Professional, we ask our clients to submit 10-15 songs they 'really' want at the reception. The Disc Jockey needs the freedom to read the crowd when it comes to the music. A set play list never works. Trust us.
However, we will accommodate your request list and fit the music in the mix. We just simply ask that you try not to program the entire night.

"Once we hire your company, when would we finalize our planning process with you?"
Typically two months prior to your event is what we require. We will also schedule a final meeting or phone consultation to finalize all last minute details the week of or week prior to the event. We also have extensive online tools to help you. Want to utilize those tools? Please contact us for a password.

"We would like you to provide sound and music for our ceremony as well. Are you able to do this?"
Absolutely! For a nominal fee we will provide a completely separate sound system for your ceremony. This system consists of up to 2 wireless microphones, music (if needed) and necessary equipment. Ask for details about pricing. If your ceremony will be taking place at the same location, and in the same room as the reception will be held, normally the fee will be reduced.

"What method of payments do you accept?"
We accept cash, personal checks, and cashiers checks.

"Do you have haze and fog?"
Yes we do! We can customize your event exactly the way you want it to be.

"Is Legend Entertainment licensed and insured?"
Absolutely! We will gladly supply you and your venue of choice with a certificate of our liability insurance.
"Can you provide us with video services?"
Our video division is unmatched in both the services we offer and the products we produce, from picture montages, to a full edited, 3 camera shoot of your special day. We can even show a highlight of your ceremony at your reception on the jumbo screen! Call for more details and sample video.

"Do you have "clean edits" of music?"
YES! Legend Entertainment is one of the areas only companies that belong to a national record pool. We currently receive over 100 new songs every week of the year..all clean edits! This allows us to give the customer the music they want without worrying about offending/alienating anyone.

"We have hired a decorator, will that effect your services in any way?"
As with any other professional, you should notify us of any/all portions of your event to make it go as smooth as possible. Especially with decorators, we have to be very careful of spacing and power requirements. We have a list of special requirements for your selected package, please inquire.

"What are the contract and payment terms?"
We require a payment of 1/3 of the total contract amount at time of signing. A full disclosure of the terms are included on the contract.
